Makes 6 - 8 servings
Everyone that loves cheesecake knows it's not exactly diet food, so some of the pleasure slips out with every bite. This one is different - those that've dabbled with the Weight Watchers diet know that a onepoint food is easy to fall in love with, especially if it's for a dessert AND it's easy to make AND it's delicious. This uses the unlikely addition of cheesecake flavored pudding mix with Greek yogurt and eggs to tie it all together. It's great plain, offering 13g protein per serving, and the strawberry topping adds color, texture and the berries are a good source of Vitamin C and some fiber. But beware - you're likely to eat several guilt-free slices at one sitting, so it may not end up being one point!
